I’d give 0 stars for customer service if that was an option . Soap leaked all over my other items so I wanted them to make it right…20 min of online chat for me no where. 25 min with customer service on phone got me no where and then transferred and then transferred again where the last person HUNG UP ON ME. I wasted an hour of my time on this and nothing to show but a soggy box full of sticky hand soaps .

I ordered online during the buy 3 get 3 the website stated the items were in stock but I received a email stating the order was canceled because they weren't able to fulfill the order which is fine but you better believe they charged my card and I still haven't been refunded! It has been over a week and they refuse to assist me. The chat again Jennifer was no help at all she told me to wait 3 to 30 days!!! Not sure why they think it's ok to take money when they can't fulfill the order. The customer service is horrible they don't even listen and just reply with automated responses. I will not be ordering anymore.

I was prepared to give a rave review. But now that it's being reported you are following in Bud light, Kholes, Target foot prints in the muck and mire ILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. GO WOKE, GO BROKE!

I never thought this would come to this with Bath Body Works but today it did. I’m so disappointed in how their ordering on line is. I’m part of the VIP club and I spent over $100 for some products and fell to add one item to my order. I called and called and called and because the VIP gets to order first before the world the lines were tied up. I also tried to chat I was 100 and something in the queue. I FINALLY got someone. I wanted to either be able to add my one product or cancel the whole thing and start over and I couldn’t do neither. What’s the window to change your mind ? It should be longer than 1minute. We should be able to change or cancel our orders at least within 15 minutes.I don’t understand this,, My order is not filled that quick and is not shipped that quick. It takes the next day for me to pick up my order when I do a pick up in store and even then I’m waiting all day to get the email it’s ready for pickup. There’s time to change or cancel your order, BBW just don’t want to. They rather prep the order whenever they do, then have you return it all then try to resolve your ordering issue. Online states I could self cancel the order by chatting with them. Well that didn’t work, I was told I couldn’t. I could place a new order and pay for a new shipping fee… I just paid you guys over $100.00 for products and you can’t wave a one time shipping fee for your VIP? That sucks. I’m so disappointed. BBW needs to change that immediately.

Money taken from my account, bank confirmed it was processed and they say they never received the money. Operator on the phone was not the tiniest bit of help. 24 days and still nothing, great Mother’s Day gift

I recently attempted to order online as I usually do. However the process is no longer easy. Instead you are asked to choose a store to pick up the item. The automated response is useless. Even though I continue to ask for a phone number to speak to a live person, it keeps telling me they can help me and to provide an order number. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Even after I said I am disabled and wanted item shipped, the automated response continued to ask for an order number and to choose a store to pick up items.😟

It appears that BBW doesn't appreciate their customers. Didn't they get a new CEO a year ago? Hmmmm! Perhaps this company is not a good stock bet. This week, I was visiting the area where this store is located (75013 zip code), and accompanied a friend on her shopping trip. I asked a salesperson about the cost of an item, and was taken aback when said salesperson looked at me up and down, and then told me that I could not afford the item I was inquiring about, and veered me towards a cheaper product. I was dressed neatly, conservatively, and presented myself politely. However, this salesperson, for whatever reason, made a judgement call. Perhaps she thought she was being helpful, but her action was inappropriate. I tried reaching the company to advise of the need to retrain their employees, but the only way to speak to someone about such things is via their customer service telephone line. I gave up after a half hour wait. Later, I found out that most BBW customers don't get through when they call. Sad that this company has gone downhill. Most companies make it easy for their clients reach out to them. BBW has made it clear that they don't want to hear from their customers. I've noticed their stores are increasingly empty at the mall. I'm putting today's date as the day of the experience, but the experience happened this week.

Candles only smell good with your face in them. Don’t buy one. Waste of money. $30 for what?.. Dollar store ones work better. Only looks good. Can’t smell anything.
