My package arrived with the shipping box falling apart and leaking from the products inside. There was NO wrapping, bubble wrap, nothing. The large order looked like it was dropped into the thin cardoard box, taped and shipped. DISGUSTING...no more shopping online.

My order placed 7/10,went to someone else, who signed for it, in another state.Called CS,can't get half the items I ordered now.Said I would be refunded for items I don't get. We will see. I am furious. My order is all messed up and someone recieved my original order for free and they don't even offer anything special to make up for all the grief. Never again.I wished I could have canciled the whole thing and recieved a refund.

I had the worst experience ever Bath & Body works online shopping. I didn't get my package, had to call customer services several times and ended up not getting the items I ordered at first place. My advice: Do Not shop online!

I had Kevin to help me and it was a breeze! The customer service is SUPER friendly and they can relate with what you're upset with! I didn't get my order for some reason and I was confused, Kevin helped me with everything, from reordering and even walking me through everything!! The shipping page does state to WAIT ONE DAY AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IF IT DOESN'T SHOW UP!! Those people are happy to help, so leaving them nasty reviews when you lacked to pay attention to your package. Don't trust these nasty reviews, they're just too mad to actually call them.

Never got my products, and as a fan of Bath and Body Works for decades, I am truly disappointed! After two weeks, a representative told me my items seem to be "lost in translation" what? They also said I could re-order but would not be able to get me the original scents, of soaps and body washes I wanted. The kicker, I may not get it for another two weeks. I will no longer order Batha and Body Works online or in-store and neither will my family and friends. I am so disappointed, Bath and Body Works has dropped the ball, especially in a pandemic of Coronavirus, when we all trying to practice social distancing to stop the spread of this virus.

I’ve ordered online from Bath & Body works many times but my last order will be the last one. It was terrible. After the delivery date continued to change every time I looked, I finally called after waiting about 2 months! Customer service could find no delivery info on my order at all so she was going to place a replacement order. At that time, one of my products was out of stock! The rep refunded me for that and the original delivery cost and reordered the other products that were in stock but when I did receive it, I realized only half of the order was placed. So, I am just going to bite the loss and be done. Very disappointed. Giving 2 stars because I did get the partial replacement order within a week.

I made a order with bath and body online and two days later I get a email saying my order was canceled. I'm very disappointed because why would you put items available to purchase and I place them in the cart and when I complete the order two days later I get an email saying my items are canceled. The reason I gave it a one star is because I only got one item shipped that I ordered. Bath and body need to do better.
