I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. I have never had an issue with them. They even replaced my order when my package was delivered to the wrong address and the jerk kept it. I love their selection. I love the freebies. My favorite store of all time.

Worst online customer service I’ve ever experienced. I honestly will never shop with them again. Rude, not willing to help me with return issue, got hung up on multiple times and each person I spoke with had a different return policy. Spent too much of my time and money.

I always shop at the Bath and Body Works store in Orange City, Fl 32763. I love your products and I love the staff in this store!

Love their body mists! They're super fragrant and always smell amazing, however I don't recommend their body lotions/shower gels so much as they can contain irritating and harmful chemicals to the skin. Make sure to stop by during a semi-annual sale because most of their products get marked down to 75%!

I'm very appreciative to their customer service representatives. I placed an order online and didn't realize the package was stolen days after it was delivered. I called them and they helped me no problem. Yes, I wasn't able to receive all of the items I originally placed but that's to be expected. They are busy and that's a good thing especially during this pandemic. I'm just happy they were able to help me out so quickly.

I have always loved Bath & Body Works and I am not one to write reviews, but someone in charge really needs to address their online service. I have ordered twice. Both times terrible. Never again. This time over 20 days. No order. Called customer service. Cant track order. Sent replacement, only to cancel most of it the next day. Ridiculous. Dont offer it, if not available.

horrible customer service. I placed an order and didn't receive an item, after calling in order to replace the item i have to pay for the shipping and then wait for 10 days to get reimbursed. just ridiculous that they just cant send me the item. I've been a long time customer and they just lost me.

Was nervous about going to the store, but they were well organized and following covid safety guidelines at Oxford Valley Mall store. Cleaning check out area between customers and offering sanitizer at the entrance was especially helpful.
