Sooo I’m located in Tx and right before I make my purchase all my items go back to full prices! Which is ridiculous! I didn’t even get the chance to continue my purchase because sale ended at 12 but it’s 11! FYI bath and body works if you have sales consider everyone! And where they are located!

I placed an online order on 6 November and didn't receive my order until 20 November due to shipping delays with Hurricane Eta. The box was severely damaged during transit and an item was missing so I called customer service and they took care of it immediately, replacing the missing item. I was a bit leery after reading so many negative reviews but want to say kudos to the helpful lady who took care of me. Based on this experience, I would definitely order from B&BW again.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered on a day that a free gift was being offered if you spent $30.00 or more. I entered the code, saw "you got it" directly under the promo box but I did NOT receive the promo gift, it was a limited Christmas box. When my order confirmation was sent there was no mention of the gift so I sent an email to Customer Service inquiring about it, NO RESPONSE. When I received an email stating my order had shipped there was no mention of the free gift so once again I emailed Customer Service, NO RESPONSE. I waited a couple of days and emailed a third time asking why I wasn't receiving any answers and you guessed it NO RESPONSE! I hope these reviews are monitored by Senior Administration so they can see what their Customer Service Management Team is failing at. Also, opened an online chat and was hung up on as I was typing. Don't order online!

I have a red kitchen with a crystal clear hand soap dispenser so I was looking for a red soap. I found some that I thought I’d like the scent. Boy was I surprised to find that all the gel soaps were clear. Bummer for my purple bath & green bath too. BTW the Lavender has no scent. Very unhappy with their product displays. Winter candy apple is a nice scent. Winter citrus wreath not so much. And lavender no smell. #bathandbodyworks.

I too place the order on the 7th! I won't be getting it until the 27th! And that's just is a estimated day! And covid-19 has, nothing to do with the shipping process horrible! I'll never order online from them again!

Never received my order or any shipping updates. It’s been over 3 weeks.

The organization or the store to allow people to enter the store due Covid 19 concern was well organized. The staff was very friendly and told me about the new products. Overall great job.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM BATH AND BODY WORKS ONLINE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF, OVERCHARGED, AND MANIPULATED. THEY DON’T SEND YOU IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION EMAILS LETTING YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOU’VE BEEN CHARGED OR FOR WHAT. OFTEN TIMES ITEMS AREN’T AVAILABLE AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU’RE PAYING FOR DUE TO NO CONFIRMATION EMAILS. NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. THEIR 3 WICK CANDLES ARE $24.50USD WHICH MEANS THAT YOU’RE PAYING ALMOST $100 IF YOU ORDER 2 CANDLES FROM CANADA! ITS RIDICULOUS. I WISH I NEVER ORDERED FROM HERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY’RE TALKING ABOUT.
