If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm normally not one to complain. I'm pretty patient and I understand things happen and sometimes packages take longer to get here because of the holidays. That being said, bath and body works shipping is absolute garbage. I ordered some lotion during a sale for Christmas gifts. After 3 weeks of waiting and still nothing I find out its been lost. They send me a replacement order....which also isn't here yet. I have another package that I ordered. I checked today and called bath and body works. Same issue. Seems like the package has been lost. Never will order from this place again.

Just spent hours on line trying to place an order for sale candles. After wading thru 5 crashes and several revamps of my order because items were going out of stock as I was trying to get order to go thru, I finally reached "submit order" only to have site crash again. They have just lost frequent and loyal shopper

December 4, 2020. I called Bath & Body Works at 9:20 am to place an order for candles and lotions because of the promotion they were running for 10.00 candles. I was on the phone an hour and 30 minutes because the system kept crashing. When I finally got to checkout after speaking with an agent who tried to help, the system tells me the items I want are out of stock. What kind of nonsense is this and why weren't they ready for the holiday season, especially since people are shopping online because of Covid. Inexcusable and ridiculous. Never shop there again.

This store tried to screw me over 3 times over while shopping. It made promises to me in settling shopping issues that it renigged on and then changed the story to suit their needs and tried to talk me into spending more money there rather than just right the wrong they did to me. They lied about it. Plus they offered a sale item and then refused to give me the deal that was promised saying it was unavailable an hour after I purchased online. Now they also refuse to refund me because I am sick of wasting my time being fed their nonsense and requested to cancel everything. I've NEVER seen a store more dedicated to selfish greed and ripping off their customers than this. What they did to me is attempt to use the ILLEGAL "bait and switch" tactic in selling to me and this SHREWED DISHONESTY GREATLY SICKENS ME!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE!!!!

Ordered 6 candles on Thursday with the special that I would get a bundle (Santa bundle ) only got my candles ! When I spoke to customer service he asked if I put the code in. Why wouldn’t I if I spent the amount that it asked for to get the bundle and turned green ! Wish I had a screen shot ! Horrible customer service by the way.

The quality of their products has gone down and the prices have gone up. Their stuff used to be amazing now nothing smells like the description. I bought vanilla bean noel the other day seeing it was one of my favorites and it smelled like straight up mint! They just don't seem to care anymore. I keep having to return my stuff cause it smells so bad

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I placed my order on November 14th!! I got text messages stating my order will be delivered tomorrow.(that was on the 19th) then I got a message stating it was shipped to the wrong location, then I got a message stating it was on its way. I then called the 800 number and spoke to someone he said my orde should be here by the 30th and gave me a refund for shipping since I had to wait for so long. A few days later, I got on the chat and spoke to Holly she was great. She said she had replaced my order. That was Monday. Here it is Wednesday and I get an email stating my order was canceled. At this point I just want a refund. I will never use their products or order from this crap company again.

You guys should really stop using Lasership they lie and steal said my package was delivered last night at 9:47pm customer service said my package would be delivered today it is now 10:30pm and still NO package!
