The company had a policy to limit the amount of $$ that can be deposited through mobile check deposit. I had a tenant write a check greater than that amount. I sent an email asking for "an exception". They quickly inquired for me and lifted the limit so I can deposit the check. THANK YOU!!

The landlord I work for owns about 60 rentals and had only accepted mailed in money orders for over 30 years. I researched various online rent collection sites and Baselane was the easiest and free to the landlord. Due to some problems that were specific to our business, I needed a lot of support from customer service to help me through the set up and verification process. Through numerous emails and phone calls, Zahraa was right there with me to solve our complicated issues unique to our situation. She was a pleasure to work with and extremely dedicated to helping me. She exemplified what customer service should look like. I have now been using Baselane for over 3 months, and it has been a timesaver. Our renters love it so much because they no longer have to purchase money orders and mail them in. They gladly pay the $2 fee. This system has helped decrease eviction filings because relying on the mail was causing major delays in rent getting here on time, even when it was mailed a week in advance. Also, you can verify that the renter is telling the truth that the rent payment has been initiated. The only problem I have encountered is that it can take a few days for the money to be deducted from the renter's account, and if they aren't responsible, I have had renters spend the money elsewhere, so the payment fails when it processes. I do have one recommendation- I would like to be able to access the Tenant section on the Baselane app when I am not at my laptop. Thank you Baselane, especially Zahraa, for making my job easier!

Despite numerous attempts to send a link for the credit check to potential tenants, I was unable to be successful. I contacted Baselane, and after the second try they were able to get it through.

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable to resolve the login error from a private browser.

Baselane customer service is fantastic. Very quick to respond to any question, extremely helpful and always professional. As a single property landlord, the Baselane service has been invaluable, making everything so easy. Having the ability to offer tenants autopay is great.
