I paid for my temporary stay up front in full. I have the receipts sent to me by Baselane, yet they continue to send me invoices stating that they don't have a record of me paying my rent. Even after sending them copies of the emails with receipts for my rent and a copy of my lease, they still have sent me yet another email asking for payment. I'm now getting worried that they are going to report me to the credit agencies for non-payment. Their system is broken and even with me providing the proof of payment that THEY SENT me, they're still sending me bills. Landlords, this company is not reliable and are scaring at least one tenant to the point of wondering if I need to get a lawyer. If they ding my credit I will have a major headache on my hands. This is no way to treat a tenant who has faithfully paid his rent in full. I strongly recommend you seek a competent service to handle your payments.

Baselane closed my account with out an information on why. They reserve the right to do so but it was exactly after we transferred our first months rent collection and reserves to the account. Now we have to wait for a check to be sent to us in 30-60 days. That money would be used to pay our mortgage for the property that is coming up. It would have been great to actually get a heads up or even an email alluding to how this could be resolved before it was completely shutdown with no knowledge of why. If you have other options than using this platform I would highly urge you do so.

What a joke. After repeated attempts to get info on how to manually enter reoccurring transactions, Baselane finally admitted they couldn't do it then said that they "resolved" my request. Horrible service.

The cie collects your personal bank information and data It is locked once entered so you cannot delete it. If you report a software problem they deny it ever happened. They are essentially stealing personal data.

This bank markets itself as a bank for profit first accounting, but it doesn't allow you to set up profit first auto transfer rules. You have to manually calculate every deposit and transfer the money to each corresponding bank account manually. I set up 2 businesses , 7 properties and 40 accounts, before I realized the bait and switch was pulled on me. Do not waste your time if you want a true profit first bank. This is not that at all. Also, there is ZERO Customer Service.

I called multiple times to get assistance with my issues with account, more time than not I would get connected with a rep, I explain the issue, then the reps disconnect the call. This happens as if they are trained to do so. VERY displeased with the customer service.

I had a lot of hope for Baselane! Unfortunately my experience has been quite frustrating. My tenant has been late on rent for several months, she tried to pay but the overdue invoices all at once and it failed. Her payment was returned to her after a week. This happened about a month ago and she and I have both been in contact with Baselane support and they have yet to resolve the issue. The customer service rep said it was an issue with their software and they would get back to me but it has been two days and I haven’t heard anything. The rep also gave me the disappointing news that the tenants previous payment for November that I thought had gone through and showed on the Baselane Bank statements did NOT go through so that money isn’t actually available to me. Baselane needs to spend more time improving the rent collection experience, if there are issues more detail needs to be provided with timely updates. More Investment in customer support team should be made to allow for prompt responses and better service.
