I have used Baselane for tenant payments for a while now. The software is pretty well organized and user friendly. Their customer service was extremely quick recently when I had an issue with reminder emails continuing to be sent to a new tenant after the tenant had activated their account. Was impressed with how quickly they resolved it. A+ from me

We have been using the Baselane platform this past year and a half to help manage our small rental portfolio. It has been nothing short of amazing. With the recent addition of Baselane Smart their offerings have improved even more. Having rent payouts clear in 2 days, now a locked in feature with the Smart service, is amazingly helpful. The auto tagging of transactions both by their AI software and/or custom rules that I set is also immensely useful. By far though the biggest draw to Baselane is the customer service. The few times I did reach out for various issues they were prompt to respond and their insights were thoughtful and nuanced specifically to my concern. They go above and beyond in that capacity. I look forward to seeing what they have in store for us in the future.

Baselane has simplified my life! I found Baselane after frustrating experiences with two other banks and a bookkeeping software that I was never able to figure out. This platform was designed for landlords and has features that make that obvious - easy rent collection, lease creation software, e-sign services for a reasonable price, etc. Their business banking has also been extremely helpful. Instead of paying fees and being hit with restriction after restriction like my other business account, I am able to do everything I need to do and earn interest on top of that. It is a total win for me! The platform allows you to create sub accounts for security deposits and whatever else your business needs. I run all of my rentals and vacation rentals through this program and it has made life so much easier! Create reports at the click of a button. See your cashflow over time. Categorize expenses/income and get a bead on how your business is performing. So, so helpful! Especially for us "learn as you go" types. Highly recommend!
