Very quick to answer the phone and most impressed that my call was answered by a representative here in the states! My problem was quickly resolved. I've been using Baselane for well over a year now and have never had any negative experiences. Their outgoing ACH time is very quick and the bookkeeping features have been great! I've recommended Baselane to many friends and colleagues.

Couldn't pay my rent it wouldn't let me sign into baselane. But everything is fine now Mona was a hudge help. I ended up changing my email address. I will use baselane in the future most definitely

Yasmeen was the best! We actually got someone on the phone :) a lot of companies, make it very hard to get someone on the phone. She was very patient with me, explained all the options and answered all of my questions. I'm new to the very new to the platform, and hopefully it remains a good experience!

The representative, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I didn't have to wait long on hold, and my questions were answered clearly without any confusing jargon.
