Baselane offers great banking services for real estate investors and great customer service.

My problem was resolved, and quickly. But only because I left a bad review here. I couldnt figure out how to edit or delete the other review because the issue was resolved. Its sad it took a bad review to do it. But its done. The blame was placed on the 3rd party processor sending funds to my account. They labeled the account as a checking ACH, but itbwas a savings account ... which caused my bank to reject the transaction. The rep tried several times to say it wasnt them, but I didnt even know they used a 3rd party to move the money so its still technically on them. I probably would have given them a 5 star had the issue been resolved before I left them a bad review, and continued to not take responsibility for a provider THEY chose.

Mona and Zahraa both reassured me that they were making every effort to resolve an issue we had with the opening of 2 of our 3 new bank accounts. As a result, we are now able to fund our accounts and start operating smoothly. Thanks, again!

Baselane customer service is great. I received a response quickly. The issue I had was resolved in a timely manner. I would give 5 stars if the Tenant portal was a little easier to navigate.

Everything was resolved correctly. The one thing I wish could be improved is the time it took to resolve. The process of using email as the form of communication is not as efficient as direct chat or phone conversation. My request seems like it should have taken a few minutes to resolve rather than a few days. But overall I’m satisfied that it did get resolved.

The onboarding process is user-friendly and simple to complete quickly.

Baselane has become a integral part of my business. I use the rent collection and banking the most. I am continually impressed that when I give feedback, Baselane is quick to start implementing updates.

Been using Baselane little over a year now, it has definitely made keep track of my properties and license agreements easier and streamlined the payment process.
