We are so sorry that you had this experience when trying to place an order on our site. We did reach out to you immediately upon receipt of your email, and hope that helped to explain the situation that occurred with the delivery of your parcel. We reviewed your order and do see that you had been refunded in full for the amount of the order since your parcel was undeliverable to the address you had provided when placing your order. We also provided a voucher for you to apply to your next order as an accommodation for any inconvenience. We would be happy to assist you with applying that to your next order, or with anything else you might need. We appreciate your loyal patronage, and we look forward to having the pleasure of speaking with you again soon!
