We deeply regret to hear that you had an issue getting through to a member of our team. The hours of operation for our call center are: Monday through Thursday 8:30am-8:00pm EST and Friday and Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm EST. We have a large team of associates available to assist during these hours, and also have a callback feature so that if you call in and there is not an agent readily available to assist at that moment, we can just call you back as soon as there is someone who can handle your inquiry. We also have a chat feature on our website so that you can chat with a representative any time one is available to assist. We are so sorry that you were unaware of the return shipping fee that is incurred when sending back an international return. There is a separate company that handles all financial processing of our international orders since there are mandatory fees and customs duties involved, so we regret that the charge is beyond our control. However, if you ever need assistance from our Customer Service Team in this regard, you can always contact us via phone or email so that we can attempt to take care of that for you. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and do hope that you will return to shop with us again in the future.
