Tiana was nice, and empathetic to may situation. She answered the questions and gave me an encouraging word before hanging up.. She's and Asset.. The bras were not my favorite. They had no give to them, and they felt uncomfortable in the shoulder despite holding the girls in place

Kerri was very helpful with helping me with a couple returns. she was a rockstar combing my multiple accounts and orders I unknowingly placed with multiple email addresses. Obviously all my own doing but she straightened it out and combined my loyalty rewards into one place! Thank you Kerri!

Been shopping at Bare Necessities for many years now, and it’s the only site I buy my every day lingerie from. The customer service is excellent, the sales are frequent, the selection is wonderful, and I greatly appreciate the diversity in their advertising and on their site. It’s much easier for people to imagine themselves in the products when the models look like them; if you look at their Instagram you’ll see they even feature women with grey hair and a little life experience in their feed. Keep it up, Bare Necessities!
