Won 239 on their website. I’ve been trying to withdrawl for 2 months. Horrible customer service that says the same thing every time and doesn’t help resolve the payment issue. BEWARE

Was nervous the first time but it all went through. now I withdraw calmly whenever I need 😌

I have multiple cancellations as well as I’ve been trying to redeem since August 14 they claim that there is a 24 to 48 hour processing you’re withdrawals customer service sucks all they say is I’ve expedited your redemption and nothing gets done now we’re going on day 11. I’ve emailed support and you get the same people as live chat. I’ve also emailed risk management and payment support to see where my withdrawal is, but I’m sure I’ll be cancelled as well. This time. I have to wait another 10 days and my withdrawal was only $300. I would never recommend this site to anybody. Maybe they have a good game. Maybe they have a good deal but you probably will never receive your funds. They do not give you an explanation of why it was cancelled. They’ll use an excuse. it was a technical error and then you gotta wait another 10 days. It’s almost like they don’t have the money to pay the funds that are being one by the person that is playing, this is the most absurd thing I’ve ever seen besides a couple other that I am trying to redeem on as well.

Absolutely terrible and crooked, crooked platform. I’ve won big on this site before (like $1,000) and was always paid within a week or so but not this time. I won $495 on 7/21/26 and STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. My redemption can still be “cancelled” on my end/ never approved by Bankrolla. I am a VIP player. My “VIP manager” has been monitoring the process of my redemption apparently. But it truly feels like they’re playing allllllll in my face. About 10 days after I initially submitted the redemption, I got an email saying it was “cancelled due to a technical Error and to resubmit”. So I did. They keep telling me there’s nothing else I need to do on my end and to be “rest assured; my redemption is in que to be processed.” And I’ll be issued a 1099MISC for this….HA!!!!!!!!!! What a scam. When I email asking for updates, the support agents claim they are not part of the “payments team” and will never give me the contact information for the actual “payments team”. Oh and if you even TRY to open a game while your redemption is in the NEVER ENDING “pending” loop, you will get pop ups prompting you to cancel your redemption and PLAY MORE. LOL. They will not get another dime from me.

I went through the normal process of verifying who I was with my drivers license and a bank statement. I used a credit card to make a purchase and I like many people have a digital wallet with a few credit cards in them. They are asking me for a copy or a credit card or credit card statement for an account that does not exist. I sent them so much information, copies of 3 credit cards and even told their team why do you need this information to process a redemption, which by the way is in the way of a credit card credit not funded to a checking account like most sweepstakes companies. Rude, didn’t care, as I pointed out, you had no problem charging me but you can’t process a small redemption and you are asking me to provide proof that does not exist. I hope I can save someone some heartache and money. Scammers and dirty dirty, STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Easy transactions in and out of the app. Took 3 days for payment to process and show up in my account which is better than most apps.

I was invited via email. I accepted the invite and starting playing on the platform. The games are fun and affordable. I won a small amount , I cashed out just to see if it wasn’t a scam. I did verification all went through. I cashed out in bitcoin to my Cash App . To my surprise it took like 7 hours or so to come to Cash App. So I was excited finally got a legit platform. I cashed out again 100 it paid out. I started investing more money next I won 1200.00 . I notice it’s been a week and my redemption kept in redeeming making me start requesting over and over again.I talked to live chat said to email customer service Upon talking to customer service they asking for verification again it keep saying error . I finally got a text saying they don’t serve Louisiana Mind you I got verified then face recognition and proof of address and everything approved and cashed out several times before now all of a sudden it’s a big amount now yall don’t deal with Louisiana wow you guys need to really be careful of some of these regular people willing to take your money and not pay your winnings please I wouldnt recommend this platform Boooo
