They will take your money instantly but…
They will take your money instantly but when you want to withdraw you have to send documents credit card pictures and the whole 9 yards just to try to withdrawl I tried redeeming after doing kyc but after they declined it saying I need to send more proof which is crazy since I spent 100s just to redeem partial of what I lost
