Wost casino ever, ive was using it for a fee months and i finally bout a small package and won, when i tried to redeem they denied and told me i have two accounts. They wouldnt give me any other details and cant give me a legit answer besides referencing different rules everytime which make me think they just dont want to payout , but they will take your money

no issues with registration or login. everything worked from the first try. withdrawal request was simple too

Turn around time for redemption took far too long, a month a half i waited for my redemption. But, I did finally receive it. Thank you!

Update from my previous review. I still don’t have my redemption. I’m still receiving the same automated responses. Honestly this casino needs 1 stars. I’m convinced the people who have good things to say are either just very very lucky or bots.

See bankrolla only lets you redeem $1000 at a time. I won $5,200 in playing a few games in a night. I started to redeem on July 16th. It is now August 17, and I have only gotten $1,720 of it so far. Now for a week I have been waiting on the 3rd. Redemption for $900.00 and every day I here excuses of why it hasn't come yet. But every day they say " just a bit longer", "I no your frustrated", etc... I do believe that they try and hold you out so you spend it all back to them playing. They say on there site 12 to 48 hours for a redemption. I also am one of there so called VIP players, that means nothing, trust me. In the beginning they did pay some what quick but then this seems to happen just like I have read from others, just be weary. As an update after much back and forth I was finally paid.

Redemptions are non existent. I've been waiting on a 1,000 redemption for a month now. My 1st attempt I was kicked out line because of a "technical error", then I was asked to cancel my 1nd request and resubmit because the changed payment companies, third I was denied with no explanation. I've spoken with Olivia, Phil and Mike many times. They all start off with polished chatbot like responses but if you get really mad they start responding with answers like "k" and "I don't know". All they do is talk in circles around you. No real answer. I contact them everyday and the same experience every time. When asked to be escalated to a supervisor or manager they so nothing. I wouldn't be surprised if all this is just a teenager in a basement messing with us. Avoid this place like the plague.

Well I redeem 250 on AuguBut ist 6th at 11:57 pm. Then i made a purchase for 39.99 at 12:45 am Aug. 7th They rejected they claim i canceled it! ( Lie) Because I contacted them asked how to redeem. I FO believe it was Phill that I was chatting with. Then I turned around at 2:39 am August 7th redeemed 200. Now they did pay that out. Then August 10th 11:45pm redeemed 100 reject i purchased 89.99 August 10th at 11:46 then 11:47 again redeem 100 rejected August 11th redeemed 700 at 8:15pm rejected went on to purchase on the 11th 49.99 at 8:17 pm & 10:04pm & 19:99 @ 11:24pm. Was rejected my fat finger hit wrong card #On August 12th purchased 39:99 @ 12:09am again my fat finger hit the wrong# was rejected & 2:54am that was good. Then on August 12th I redeemed 800.00 at 8:50am & guess what they sent a email to verify my cards. Which i was asked ti only show 1st 4 & last 4 numbers which I did. Shortly I received a email that the verification was good & it would be processed. Well here it is August the 16th and all i have been getting is the run around. That they are working on it. It is under review or that they are experiencing a high volume. This us everyday. 🤣
