Great Product and Excellent Customer Service!

Like others, if i could give bagsmart a negative star i would. Delivery was promised in 2-7 business days. 9 days later it hasnt moved from its origin in Sydney. Meanwhile an order I placed with another company arrived in 2 business days. Customer service is terrible, obviously bots, ‘Worry free’ purchase is the same - no help at all. They partner with a courier service with a rating of 1.4. Avoid.

I ordered two bags and they didn’t come. I waited 14 days and 9 buisness days. They said it would come in between 5-8 buisness days and it didnt. The worry free purchase seal was gone before the order came. I am currently waiting for my refund and if I even get one.
