I had some issues with a damaged delivery and shipping issues and the customer support was exceptional. They were very thorough with the situation but also very understanding when I ran into issues with my local UPS store closing down. Overall, they were very helpful and the agents I spoke with were fantastic.

Placed an order 5 days ago. They reply saying they will send shipping details. They then say the order has shipped with no shipping details. They say you can track on the website. However it just says no order found. No responses to emails. Great company.

I'm truly impressed with the design and quality. This backpack is so well made with lots of pockets for storage. Every detail is impeccable. Excellent customer service. Responsive, friendly and helpful team. I purchased it on Saturday night, when I realised that the carry-on bag I already had was too heavy and I needed a light and spacious backpack to travel next Friday. I knew it would be risky to purchase something online. The chances of receiving it in four days (by Thursday) were very small. Even so, I took the risk... and guess what?!… I got it delivered Tuesday. Two business days. Oh, wow! I’m very impressed and I’d 100% recommend Bagsmart!

I absolutely love this company. In January i bought a bundle set of a carry on and a book bag that i absolutely loved. While traveling internationally, my bag got stolen. Customer support sent me a new bag and offered me a discount to replace my items, they are an incredible organization. I would recommend 10000/10

I’m really impressed with the customer service provided by Bagsmart. I recently purchased the crush toiletries bag but the third party delivery service never delivered my item. I contacted Bagsmart via email and within 24hrs they responded, had investigated the tracking and identified it had been lost in transit. I was offered multiple solutions and very pleased that they resolved the problem by issuing me a refund. Good, efficient, fast and easy customer service is what keeps me coming back to a company because it gives me trust in the company ethos and the products. I have previously purchased the travel backpack from Bagsmart which I use for travel overseas and I absolutely love it. It is the best backpack I have ever purchased and makes packing carry on luggage so much easier. I definitely feel confident to purchase from Bagsmart again in the future.

The rolling backpack bag is so well made with lots of pockets for storage. The customer service team is responsive and accommodating. They were on it when I had an issue that needed to be resolved. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Once my order was placed, I realized it was not being shipped to the right address, but coming to me. I frantically tried getting it corrected, but was unsuccessful. In another attempt I finally got a customer service email and had immediate response from Alicia and then Ritz. They successfully resolved the issue and were more than kind!
