The order experience is easy and delivery is within expected norms. I highly recommend the Back Joy seat to everyone who sits at a desk and/or drives for extended periods. The neck, back and hamstring relief is almost immediate. One skipped massage therapy or chiropractor visit pays for the Back Joy. I co-drive in performance rally racing and I use the Back Joy there, too.

There is something wrong with this cushion. It caused more pain in my hips to the point it was nearly unbearable. We checked everything from X-rays to lab tests and the pressure from the seat evidently caused undue pressure on the lower spine and hips. I called 3 times and no one responded to my questions nor answered regarding my problems. I purchased this at the regular price along with the other hard bucket like seat. I would love to have a cushion that would work well in a wheelchair where I spend a lot of time and was told this was the best. Sorry I could contact no one about this problem. I have purchased four items from this company and one would think a response would be common courtesy.

I purchased this one for a friend because I love mine. He had been having back aches when he gets out of his truck. He have called me several times, thanking me.

Great Seats!!!!! Originally purchased 3 Back Joy seats and ended up giving 2 away after I made the "mistake " of letting others use them. Mine, one of the originals and it broke so I purchased 2 new ones ...just for me!!!!...One for the House and one for the car! Just love them because they WORK at revealing backpain.
