I have a previous version of this product-it has a harder shell is and overall smalle-that I much prefer. I was hoping to get a second one of the same original product to use in our second car. However, the new "Back Joy" doesn't give me the support I wanted and I'm disappointed. I suppose that it is a good product for some people-but not for me.

Awesome product, excellent service, easy to order from and shipping time was just right. There really was no hassle when it came to finding product, ordering and receiving the item. As for the product itself, it is amazing. I purchased the Sitzright seat cushion and use it while I work on my computer most of the day. I have tried other seat cushions but there is no comparison for the quality and prices of the cushion. It is the last cushion you will ever need. I even ordered one for my parents for everyday use and it is a really great product.

Great Products. I have been using BackJoy for a couple of years. I am an Airline Pilot and BackJoy products have helped immensely reduce significantly back pain associated with sitting a lot, specially on long flights, and bumpy weather days. Excelent products.

Prompt shipping. No problems with order procedure. I rate the 2 Backjoy seats I bought as 3 stars. Strongly dislike how the lower part of seat puts pressure on back of thighs. Legs actually get numb. I will keep them & experiment on adjustments to sitting position - but not impressed with seats.

This company is amazing. I loved the product ordered and when I had a problem with one item that came in error they went above and beyond to address it. I did not expect such great customer service! The products ordered have really helped in my healing as it will be some time before my back disorder can be treated. I work one full time day job as an office manager and transcribe at night. The two cushions really help cut down my fatigue at night and help with my nerve compression.
