Not worth the price
It is supposed to help me with my posture but after using it for a month, I feel more comfortable sitting without it. I work long period of hours sitting in front of a computer and I don't think this helps. A normal cushion is nicer to seat on.

I bought the Posture Plus model months…
I bought the Posture Plus model months ago and continue to love it. Provides instant back pain relief.I bought the Core Lux model recently to use in the car and it is a completely different experience. Very uncomfortable and no pain relief

Has BackJoy quality declined over time?
I have been successfully using BackJoys for 9 years. I first tried a friend's BackJoy while sitting in a seminar all day. Amazed that I had no more pain or stiffness, I became a convert and have remained one. A year ago I bought a new one from an online company in Thailand. A month ago, when I sat on it, it broke! That had never happened before. From the trademark, it looks like a real BackJoy. Since then I have had trouble finding the authentic website to order a new one. After a month of discomfort I am about to buy again, hopefully a sturdy one that lasts at least 5 years like my previous ones!

Thank you for your BackJoy review. BackJoy has a limited lifetime warranty that covers any breakage of the product which is very rare if used and kept in normal conditions. If you cannot contact the seller for a replacement, please email our global Customer Service at [email protected] and we will be sure to take care of you. While we do have an authorized partner selling in Thailand and other countries in the region it is important to make sure they are an authorized BackJoy seller, or the product could be counterfeit. While we constantly monitor online marketplaces for counterfeit BackJoy products, but they do exist, illegally using the BackJoy trademark and made from inferior materials that can break. I've been extremely frustrated with…
I've been extremely frustrated with your return procedure. After filling out the return form, I never received the email with the return label. I started calling and was always told that a manager would call me back. Nobody ever did. It was a whole week of calls. I finally received the refund, but never the return label. I'm not paying to return this seat, especially after all the frustration and incompetence on your end. Send me the return label, and I will send it back. I've never even taken it out of the package (my physical therapist said it was not the right thing for my back after I had ordered it.) M.
