I ordered my products three weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. I buy things online all the time and I have never had to wait over 3 weeks for an order coming from the US. I am very disappointed with the service.

Recovering from a tailbone fracture, driving has been an uncomfortable task. Purchased the Backjoy Sitz Right for a 375 mi trip to No. CA and the the Backjoy relieved the tailbone pressure; drove for six hours without any discomfort.
