Great product.. Helped tremendously with my back problems.

Very pleased with this product!

Stick with the original design, which I have 2 black, and now 1 blue. Blue is better padded without overdoing it. The bigger model/wider seat, I bought in QVC is bad for pulling hips too wide, shocking since my rump is not small, lol. But seriously was a waste of money.

In 2012 was struck with pain and weakness in my lower back, butt, and the backs of my upper thighs. At first my PCP thought it was a reaction to medications. Stopping/changing my medications was of little, if any, benefit. Specialists were consulted, with some, but little results. I remembered I had two similar, but brief, attacks prior to this one. All three attacks seemed to have started during or immediately after long road trips. My wife found BackJoy and bought me one. RELIEF! The video on the website further reinforced my suspicion that long road trips had triggered my pain. Since getting BackJoy I no longer feel burning in hips, thighs, or even knees on long drives. When trading cars, I accidently left my original BackJoy in my trade-in. Though my new car had better seats, I still bought a BackJoy within weeks of getting my new car. Recently my work situation changed, and I started getting pain again. So I bought two of the larger back joys to use in the house. I find the original smaller one is still the best model for my car seat.

Don't notice any difference in my pain/numbness from sitting, unfortunately. Shipping took quite a while, for some reason. Could have got it sooner on Amazon. Packaging and etc. was all fine and the product is very well made. Will keep trying to use it but so far have no relief of my symptoms.

The verdict is still out as to whether its helping my sciatica or not significantly. It seems to be as good as the last butt-pad I used at least. I guess I wish there was a magic butt-pad which solved all my pain and expect too much out of these things. I am a ladies pants size 10 - 12 (so not overly huge) and yet this seat seems a bit on the small side for my chubby butt, which spills over the sides somewhat. I also have hard time making sure its straight under me and not scooting crooked since its so small. The price is affordable and its well made/good quality. I am going to double down on my investment and try the lumbar thing they sell too. That might complete the system and really help me make the most of my posture while using the butt-pad.

I have two of these. One for my computer chair and one for my TV recliner. I LOVE them. They really help my back when sitting a long time.
