I didn’t have to interact much with customer service so I can’t talk much about the experience with them. It came very fast though for sure. My dissatisfaction is with the product at all. I tried one in a shoe store, small one and it felt very good, so I thought the big one would be better for me since I’l I’m a big guy. How wrong I was. It’s an ok product. No very comfortable after all for long periods or if you’re a large person. I honestly was expecting more With this one. I can’t return it anymore, so I’ll be stuck with it

Being in construction for 20 years.. and traveling for work driving across the county, my back has taken a beating.. using this to drive from ElPaso to to Illinois.. what a great product... I wish I would have known about this years ago.. if your back kills you when you drive or fly... this is what you need..

A very trusted source for back and posture comfort. It corrects the body posture and than you start feeling great. I recommend the BackJOY for her satisfaction and great feeling during long hourse of anything. Studying, listening to music and relaxing.
