While the product seemed to have been shipped to the wrong address (in the wrong country), it had in fact been returned to sender due to a slight inadequacy in the address label and the postal service's inclination not to bother too much with common sense. Once BackJoy had been informed of the missing item, they worked very hard to make sure I received it promptly. I now have it and could not be happier with the service I've received. Thank you, the staff at BackJoy.

Great product. Has definitely improved my low quality office chair that is complicated to change. Only issue is that the product is available in Canada which would have saved nearly 1/3rd of the cost. Ideally, the website would have notified me.

Have used backjoy for about 5 years now and they certainly help my back, most of all, on our long drives that we take visiting family across the US. The backjoy is excellent in the car and I am not hurting or exhausted when we get to our destination. I am the proud owner of three Backjoys.
