Hello Sales Team I just wanted everyone to know that my wife and I are very happy with our ring and it compares favorably to a 1 carat ring at Tiffanies. I know it isn't fare to compare a 4 thousand dollar diamond to a 17 thousand dollar diamond but without a loop you would be hard pressed to see the difference. I was very satisfied with my experience with B2C Jewels. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to build the perfect ring for my girlfriend with no problems. Ordering was simple and I took advantage of the wire-transfer discount. The wire-transfer instructions came via email and were simple to follow. I called customer service with a few questions about the ring that I had ordered and the associate was friendly and helpful. The diamond engagement ring that I received was exactly what I had ordered. Shipping is free and fast. I highly recommend B2C Jewels.

The staff have been great!! I went and returned my first order and they were very flexible when they accommodated my return. After returning my 1st order, I searched a lot together with Rio, who helped throughout the whole purchase from start to finish, because we were looking for emerald cut matching diamonds, and they were really hard to match. Each time, Rio was making sure and checking with a specialist before he sent me the options available through email with all the details and made the purchase very fast and pleasant. If I were to match myself, I definitely would have completely picked non-matching ones. I would suggest contacting and working with someone if you're trying to get something very specific b/c they will tell a lot more than what you see on the internet. This is the second times that I order the loose diamond from internet. I had an excellent experience from Raymond (B2CJewels) from advice on chooseing a loose diamond until ship the loose diamond to Thailand and I love this loose diamond. In the future, I will definitely purchase the loose diamond from B2CJewel.

We have made several purchases from b2c and have been happy with every purchase. The quality of the work is very strong and they put a lot of pride in every piece. There customer service is very approachable and honest. I recently ordered a ring and do to there expert quality control my ring was delayed for a few days but Samuel and the rest of the team delivered a beautiful ring. I would recommend b2jewels and I did have one of their pieces a 4k ring appraised and the jeweler who has been business for over 10 years was rather impressed and verified it authenticity. B2C jewels provided an excellent customer service experience. Rio helped me by providing photos and information about the different diamonds I was interested in and even provided additional stones that he thought I would be interested in. The prices were one of the lowest around. The diamond was beautiful and more than I expected.
