I ordered a diamond wedding ring after speaking Samuel online. When it arrived I wasn't very excited about its overall finish. I contacted Samuel and explained my concerns. He arranged for my ring to be sent back and ensured me a new ring would be made. When the new ring arrived I was more than happy with the quality. So I was shopping for a gift for my wife who was about to deliver our first child. My first thought... jewelry, my second... B2C. I have purchased products in the past and price and quality have been great. This was no eceception. I was able to the the charm bracelet I wanted and it was so nice I bought another! I just want to shared my buying experience - and this is a first time I buy diamond on line. I contacted B2C and mainly working with Samuel and others. I original bought a 1.5 carat E VVS1 oval diamond for my wife. We received the diamond on time as promised. However, after two weeks and visit all local jeweler in San Diego, CA my wife could not find any setting that she like for a diamond - note, this is an oval (fancy shape) so there is not a lot of settings for it in the first place. So, I have to returned it and I thought to myself this might not be good. Well, to my surprised it's a pleasure working with Samuel and his staff that guided me on how to return the diamond back to them. Even though, I could not find a round diamond and B2C - the "boss" (aka the wife) wants a 1.8 carat round diamond D or E color and VVS1 with triple excellent. But, I bought a smaller diamond .78 carat E SI1 triple excellent for an earing. B2C sent me the diamond and the refund form the first diamond on time. I just want to thanks Samuel and his staff for their help during the process and hope to buy from them again. Cheers,
