Don't rent a car with them. They are absolutely unprofessionals. We had an accident with a flat tire and they didn't know how to help us telling us that there was no place to fix it. We fixed the car by ourselves. Besides that, they extra charge a very expensive tax even though they did not help us. Also, they didn't answer your complains, only when they want to be paid. I will never repeat with this company again.

Incorrectly Refused rental By 2 staff at Nwi who just bssd their answers Really poor but it’s the utter arrogance that gets me .Funny how customers have to treat them with respect but they feel that gives them cart Blanche to treat customers like something under their shoe or they can rinse for insurance. 3 weeks later still no resolution or response. Sono vergognosi, non so se sia peggio la compagnia coi suoi contratti al limite della truffa o i solerti dipendenti che per un bonus sono disposti a gonfiare i danni in maniera scandalosa. Esperienza imbarazzante, farebbero un favore al mercato se fallissero.

Vorsicht vor dieser dubiosen Group, die Versuchen ihre Kunden ums Geld prellen. Machen sie immer Bilder und Videos, weil sie nicht scheuen beschädigte Fahrzeuge zu übergeben und dann die Kunden beschuldigen, dass man die Schäden während der Anmiewtung verursacht hat. Diese verbrecherische Firma ist irgendwie auch mit anderen ausländischen Mietfirmen wie z.B. Maggiore in Italie verbunden, um die deutschen Kunden um das Geld zu prellen.

Au retrait du véhicule, aucun agent ne nous accompagne pour faire le tour du véhicule qui était plus endommagé que sur les documents, nous avons donc pris des photos. Au retour du véhicule, l'agent nous accuse d'avoir causé des dégâts malgré les photos. Face à sa mauvaise foi, nous refusons de signer les documents, mais cette dernière clôt notre dossier sans la moindre explication et en refusant de nous restituer notre caution qui est bloquée pour 30 jours maximum, ce qui autorise Avis Budget de prélever des frais injustifiés !! Honteux d'être traités de la sorte et d'être pris en otage de leur bon vouloir. Précision : agence Avis Budget de l'aéroport de Valence en Espagne !!! À fuir absolument !!!!!! Leur façon de faire relève du racket

We hired a car from Oslo airport through Avis. We had paid for insurance and rental through booking.com and then additional insurance when at the airport. We returned the car with zero problems early in the morning before the office was opened. They sent us photos of a smashed and bet wing mirror (it wasn’t) and demanded money for something damaged underneath the car. They hounded us for £350 which has now turned to £450 and all in all it’s been a terrible experience. We’re shocked by the thieves of this company especially from Norway. Please NEVER hire a vehicle from Avis at any airport. As is evident from the reviews here, they are complete thieves and I for one will never use them again!!!!
