I had been experiencing issues with booking a car online and so I called the Central Reservations Team at Avis Budget and spoke to their representative Nicholas. Nicholas took the time to listen to my issue and in my opinion, he went above and beyond to look to resole the matter for me. He was very patient and I in no way felt that I was being rushed. These days, many people are quick to complain but less likely to let others know when they have received excellent service which is what I received on this occasion. Nicholas is a credit to the Central Reservations team at Avis Budget and I hope this review is recogonised by his peers. Well done Nicholas

Die Mitarbeiter:innen am Standort Fürstenfeldbruck habe ich als sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit kennengelernt. Kurzfristig braucht ich für ein Wochenende einen kleinen Transporter, was trotz kleinerer Hürden sehr schnell und unkpmpliziert geregelt wurde. Der Transporter wurde dann nicht genutzt. Trotz der festen Buchung, wurden lediglich eine kleine Reservierungsgebühr abgerechnet. Ich bin mit dem kundenorientierten Handeln sehr zu frieden und komme bei Bedarf gerne wieder.

I’m shocked to see the negative reviews as we had an amazing experience at Bucharest airport. Our initial car hire company (WheeGo) didn’t turn up to collect us. We quickly booked online with Avis-Budget while stood in arrivals. Got to the desk and were told it could be up to two hours until a car was ready. The staff were amazing and within twenty minutes we were on the road in our hire car. The staff went above and beyond and the car was lovely. We will always use this company for car hire in future!

Schon mehrmals bei Avis Flensburg geholt und immer einen hervorragenden Service bekommen. Bei der Abholung sowie bei der Wahl des Autos. Dieses Mal saß der netteste und kundenorientierteste Herr an der Anmietung den ich je kennengelernt habe. Vertragsnummer 150932401. erinnere mich nicht an den Namen aber wir sind super dankbar für den tollen Service 🙏

I booked a car with holiday autos and paid in full, I picked the car up from Budget via there shuttle bus, after returning the car I had a made up bill for €349.19 for premium top up Insurance from Budget I have contacted holidayautos/Budget over and over but they keep saying I signed for it which is nonsense and I have four witnesses to prove i told them I did not want top up insurance, I will never use holiday autos, budget or Avis again. So in your reply below you are basically agreeing that I paid in full and that the additional charges can be applied because they are mentioned somewhere in your small print and that its fine for the company at the desk at the time of booking to apply any charges that they see fit and you at holidayautos are fine with your customers having there money stolen from there credit card accounts as long as its done at the desk in a way that is dishonest and under handed and is then done with your full approval Regards Mike Reply from Holiday Autos A day ago Hi Mike, I am sorry to hear about the charges made on your card for this rental by the Rental Supplier. I am sorry to learn that you were unhappy with the charges applied for optional extras. While we facilitate requests for optional extras at the time of booking, they are not included in the price quoted and are payable separately at the desk. This information was advised in the rental conditions which you agreed to prior to proceeding with your request for a vehicle. I can imagine that this must have caused you inconvenience and would like to offer my sincere apologies for this situation. Unfortunately as the charges were taken by the Supplier, we are not in a position to offer any refunds. -Rowniel After looking at your site and discovering Avis/Budget premium top up insurance is £7 per day and as I only had the car for 6 days which is £42 not €349.19 the bank refunded me in full, Please take my advice and don't use them Regards Mike

Anmietung eines Mietwagens, 4.Mai bis 16.Mai 2022, Avis Stadtbüro, West Palm Beach, Evernia Ave. Alles super gelaufen, alle Angestellten super freundlich, keine Wartezeiten, ziemlich neues Fahrzeug, sehr sauber. Anmietung über check 24 in GER. Absolut empfehlenswert !!!
