contratamos todo un paquete con logitravel recogemos el coche en milan. lo primero no es el contratado. lo segundo nos hacen firmar un seguro cuando ya traíamos uno. menos mal porque el coche tenia un montón de golpe y daba fallo. a la entrega todo perfecto, sin pegas. a la vuelta me mandan una factura de gasto extraordinario de 143e. les mando un email y ni caso. llamo y no cogen. increíble no vuelvo a contratar con esta compañía.

Comerciales sin respeto. Me mandan comunicaciones comerciales agresivas sin pensar en mis necesidades. Me molestan y me quitan mi tiempo. Intento ser amable y explicar que me parecen ofensivas estas comunicaciones y lejos de corregir el problema, insisten.

Se me ha cobrado un sobre coste totalmente desmesurado por la reparación de un daño menor en el vehículo contratado con franquicia en el aeropuerto principal de Bruselas. Una vergonzosa, abusiva y escandalosa forma de hacer negocio con los clientes. Injustificable.

My daughter was visiting the Tampa Bay area prior to going into military service, so that she could visit family, and tie up loose ends. She secured a voucher for a two week car rental through a monthly pay app for $553.09, having been promised by “Avis Budget rental” that she could utilize her debit card with sufficient ID to complete the rental. Upon arrival, she apparently didn’t meet the criteria regarding her debit card. It was suggested by the female rental representative that I become the primary driver (I did utilize the car), and that she become a secondary driver, in addition to purchasing full coverage rental insurance on one of the few available vehicles, a new EV in this case (only EV’s were left and available). The selling point was the return of $250 to my credit card out of the additional $402.87, with the on time, safe return of the vehicle. Having been told this, and knowing that I would be able to drive a brand new EV at no extra charge, I completed the transaction. Upon returning the vehicle after two weeks, with no additional charges generated, I awaited the credit of $250 to be returned to my card, which never happened. I returned to the rental location, “Avis Budget” at 4037 66th St. N., St. Petersburg, Florida, and talked with the female representative, who insisted that my rental deposit of $250 would be returned to my credit card. She provided a corporate number, and I requested a callback from a corporate supervisor, which came several days later. I told him my story, and he indicated that there was no money due back to me. I asked him if he had investigated the situation to determine whether or not the representative at “Avis Budget” had made an error, or if she had possibly used subterfuge to secure the rental (I want to believe that it wasn’t the latter). He disregarded my question, and indicated that I would not have my deposit returned. This is a poor business practice, and there was a total disregard for service recovery in this case. “Avis” and “Budget” car rental have lost me as a customer, permanently.

hola yo hecho una reserva para alquilar de coche cuando llegue en la oficina estaba cerrada he llamado muchas veces pero los teléfonos no funcionan he entrado en la web para cancelar la reserva no es posible luego en dos días me cobran 200.01€ sin coger el coche cuando yo hacía la reserva el chico me dijo que no me va a cobrar nada yo tengo que pagar en la oficina cuando voy a coger el coche yo estoy esperando que me devuelva el dinero hasta ahora nada alguien sabe como funciona esta compañía yo creo que es una estafa

I’m shocked to see the negative reviews as we had an amazing experience at Bucharest airport. Our initial car hire company (WheeGo) didn’t turn up to collect us. We quickly booked online with Avis-Budget while stood in arrivals. Got to the desk and were told it could be up to two hours until a car was ready. The staff were amazing and within twenty minutes we were on the road in our hire car. The staff went above and beyond and the car was lovely. We will always use this company for car hire in future!
