Briefly, Sterling Bishop, Kevin, and AvidXchange have been outstanding and a pleasure to work with. AvidXchange and our company have shared clients. My experience with AvidXchange, especially with Sterling, makes me feel great that our shared clients contract with AvidXchange. Sterling and I were able to jointly work together for the best interest of our shared clients -- costs and all. Sterling fully and genuinely understood our position (challenges), and together we reached a consensus that also benefits our shared clients. If I may add, I can't think of enough kudos to explain my appreciation in working with Sterling. He genuinely considered and cared for our company's position. I did and do have 100% trust in him. And if a mistake should occur, I know that it would truly be a mistake that he would do everything in his power to correct. In other words, trust, an advocate for us within AvidXchange. I work with a lot of 3rd-party payment vendors; our clients contract with them, and we support all of them. AvidXchange is the best company to work with, clearly, and by a large margin. AvidXchange is the easiest company to reach. Some of your competitors are nearly impossible to communicate with. Maybe that's intentional. Regardless, it's horrible. AvidXchange reps, on the other hand, are very knowledgeable in their roles (not newbies or subcontracted representatives), kind and helpful. I wish that all the business partners I work with had representatives like Sterling and Kevin. I'm not smoozing here. They have already helped us. My experience was truly that positive.

Intuitiveness of the agent to know there was an issue with duplicate accounts and preemptively reach out to resolve the concern.

The worst payment system company!! Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They don’t know what’s going on and we’ve been waiting for four months to get paid.

Sterling Bishop was top notch in resolving an issue that no one else had been able to solve for years. Ginger Lunsford was also a great asset with this matter. I will surely keep both of their contact information for future reference should I need asssitance. I cannot thank them enough. They are truly excellent at their jobs.
