Overall, I am very happy with the service we are receiving. The service has been reliable, and overall our experience has been positive. One area that could be improved is the process for addressing issues or questions. Currently, when something comes up, we have to communicate through email rather than having a phone number or direct contact available. While email works for routine matters, having the option to speak with someone directly would be very helpful when an issue is time-sensitive or requires more clarification. Overall, we are pleased with the service and appreciate the support we receive. Adding a more direct method of communication would make an already good service even better.

The accounts payable process is smooth and integrates with our financial system seamlessly. This has saved us time and resources ever since we made the transition over 3 years ago. This has cut our invoice processing time in half as well has decreased the number of personnel in the department. We went from three people process invoices daily to just two. It doesn't take long and the problem gets fixed, whether it was from Avid or from some Microsoft issue. Contacting Avid is also very simple and I really feel they consider our practice a high priority in the way technical support specialists address our issues in a timely manner.
