...we've only ever bought servers from Aventis
Since I started working for my current company, we've only ever bought servers from Aventis. Build and ship times are prompt and the sales team is readily available to assist with any customizations you'd like made to your order.

I ordered a hard drive through this…
I ordered a hard drive through this companies Ebay store six days ago and it still hasn't shipped. Tracking number was provided 2 days ago but the item hasn't made it to the post office. I tried to reach out to them through email and they just ignored me. I would steer clear of this company, they will take your money and never ship your item.

Hey Mark! We sincerely apologize for the delay with the item you have purchased. We reached out to our logistics team to confirm that your item will be mailed today, so hopefully, you will receive it by late this week or early next week. Our operations team has been dealing with a higher than normal order volume due to the holiday season, and they are still playing catch up from Black Friday, which is resulting in a delay of all orders. As a small business of under 50 employees that is rapidly growing across all of our eCommerce channels, we are learning that next holiday season we will need more employees for order fulfillment to avoid negative feedback. We feel terrible you have had a negative experience working with us, but rest assured your item will be on its way today! Also, we noticed you are local to us, so if you do decide to shop with us again in the future, you can always give us a call at the number below to pick up your items from our warehouse in Marietta. If you need any further assistance, please reach out to us on Facebook Messenger or call the number below and select option #2 to speak with our customer service team. We have been a customer for many years
We have been a customer for many years. We have purchased many different servers, both Dell and HP, and could not ask for anything better. When we have had issues they have been quick to resolve them.

We have been an Aventis customer for…
We have been an Aventis customer for several years. The products have always been good and when there has been an issue Kevin Campbell has always been able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. My only suggestion is the way in which the telephone is answered. If someone in leadership could simply call the toll free number and listen I am confident that they will agree.
Response from Aventis SystemsDec 6, 2019
Hey Johnny! We appreciate your review greatly! We are sure you know this already, but you are always in good hands with Kevin, and we hope it is not him answering the phone you are referring too. It is probably the automated system; someone from our marketing department will share your feedback with our executive team, and reach out to you for further clarification if needed. We recently updated our automated phone system for the holiday season, so we thank you for bringing this to our attention. Until next time, Aventis Systems Team (866) 528-9313
