We are really a small customer of Aventis Systems. But, they don't treat us that way. Pre-order consultation is great, orders (even custom ones) go smoothly, deliveries are prompt. All that you would expect from a successful vendor. But even for a small customer, the after-sale service, advice, consultation, technical assistance and support is far beyond what you would normally expect for the "little guys" - perhaps even exceeding what would be expected for the "big guys". We recommend Aventis Systems any chance we get. Kudos to Aventis Systems !

Hey Todd, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and frustration working with us to get the parts you needed for your laptop. As a small business experiencing tremendous growth, unfortunately sometimes, internal communications get tangled, and it appears that's what happened in this situation. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we caused you, and understand how frustrating it must have been to get your new laptop and not be able to use it. We reached out to our operations team to contact you. We can confirm you spoke with our operations manager Jessica yesterday, received the parts you needed, and were satisfied with the outcome. If for any reason you are not, please give us a call at the number below or message us on Facebook. All the best, Aventis Systems Team (866) 528-9313
