Horrible untrustworthy company
Horrible untrustworthy company. They sold me a $2,000 server marketed as new with old faulty hard drives on it and when it failed 3 months later refused to issue a refund even though I mailed the product back to them.

Awesome Company
Was able to fulfill my orders by utilizing you guys. Dell's back ordered chassis was going to mess up my job flow. But thanks to you guys we were able to make it happen on time. Also, the price was barely higher than purchasing from the manufacturer. Thanks A Bunch!

Service and response for quoting and questions have been outstanding. Orders once placed ship very fast and have had very good success using hardware from Aventis. Highly Recommend.

Kevin is the best
Kevin is the best! I've grown to trust Aventis Systems and the reliability of the drives they sell. I often rely on the chat and Kevin to help me find the correct drive because the search options on the website are very limited.

Not very happy with service

They do magic to get you prices right in the budget!
They responded back quickly when we request a quote. Our Account manager always gives the extra mile to get at budget prices and that we receive the correct information. I never had a problem with warranty services. The only request will be a disclosure of the process of acquiring the products, sometimes it feels like an internal process that makes it shady.

To address your one concern, our sourcing of products is indeed an internal process, and we apologize that you feel left out of the know. We source our inventory in a variety of different ways including lease and corporate buyback, overstock merchandise, auctions, bankruptcies, and more. We bring in the equipment, test it, remove the components, and place them into inventory because we custom build every system at the time of order. With this process, there is no try and true method to define where each system is sourced from as the system its self can come from one place, and the components inside could come from somewhere else. Rest assured, each system is tested rigorously and only those that meet our quality standards are placed into inventory. We hope this clarifies our process for you.
