My mom went to aveda in brooksville florida on cortez Blvd. Not only was the service awful but they were rude. One " woman" called me ugly and said I looked like a clown and said I smell. And complained that I didn't tip last time , I said you were awful.

I ordered from this site which offered two free samples which did not arrive. I have complained twice and on each occasion have received a standard email which did not address my problem.it is obvious that they have no intention of providing any free samples.

I would not recommend ordering from this company on line. Parcel left Ontario June 9 and 2 weeks later it is still in Ontario. No wonder amazon is so successful. they have logistics figured iut

Recently I ordered some stuff from AVEDA online,due to Pandemic. My friend who is using there products for quiet sometime advised me to buy as they have all natural derived ingredients. I ordered stuff worth $ 175 ,my order took almost 25 days to be delivered due to COVID-19. After using I liked some of the products but 2 of the products started giving me some irritation on my face,as i have very sensitive skin. When I called customer service ,i spoke to ANNEITH and she talked to me very politely and gave me full refund for those 2 products. Really appreciate her for understanding the situation and excellent customer service.

Zeer slechte ervaring, ik heb 2 x een order geplaatst zogenaamd met korting echter 1 x nooit iets ontvangen en de 2e keer slechts een deel van de order voor de volle prijs. Het voordeel wat geboden wordt geld totaal niet. Vervolgens kun je zelf achter de levering en je geld aan gaan. Geen reden om wederom hier te bestellen. Very bad experience, I placed 2 orders supposedly with a discount, but 1 x I never received anything and the 2nd time only part of the order for full price. The benefit that is offered is not money at all. Then you can go after the delivery and your money. No reason to order here again.

2 weeks ago I ordered Shampure directly from the Aveda website. I never received the shampoo. But I did track the package and got a message saying it was returned to sender. However it was never delivered and that is also seen on the tracking page. So they took it and have kept my money. I have rang them several times and no one ever answers. I have tried online chat, the link is dead. I have written them and waited more than 2 business days as they suggest and still haven't had a response. I called their parent company Estee Lauder and they have a message that says "We are no longer answering our phone, click. I reported this to Amex and have gotten my money back. I was an Aveda customer for a long time but this is it. They have become a fraudulent company and I will never, ever buy anything from them again! Beware if you order anything from them online.

Loved my items! Got them within 48 hours of ordering! Prices are reflective of great quality ingredients so I don’t mind the cost! :)

DO NOT ORDER!! Ordered product mid April and it is now May 8th and I STILL have not received it! I only use salon products on my hair and I ran out of shampoo during the pandemic. The place I usually buy from was closed. So I thought I would give Aveda a try. I ordered 2 very expensive and IMO overpriced items. Today I called customer service, waited on hold for 30 min and then pressed 1 to have someone call me back. An hour later, a very rude girl called me back. She wasn’t even in Canada! She was in Minnesota! I am fuming now as I have not had salon quality shampoo in over 2 weeks! She was not apologetic nor did she care that I have not received my expensive product. An apology would have been nice! A discount? A partial refund?? Anything?? NOPE! So now I wait. She passed the buck and told me that it’s not Aveda’s fault it is Canada Post’s fault! I asked her to cancel the order and she told me no!! NEVER AGAIN Aveda! Your customer service is TERRIBLE! I wish I would have seen all of these bad reviews before I ordered! **note that the city where the product is shipped from is only 2 hours away from me! So why is it taking over 4 weeks Aveda???
