I’ve tried so many different shampoos over the years including some much more expensive ones and none of them really worked for me. Finding the Aveda Rosemary Mint Purifying shampoo and conditioner has been a total game-changer. My hair is straight, dark, and starting to show a few silver strands. Before using this, I was dealing with quite a bit of hair fall, which has improved noticeably. But the best part is how fresh, smooth, and easy to comb my hair feels every single day. I’ve tried other lines from Aveda like Cherry Almond and Nurturing, but Rosemary Mint is by far my favourite. So glad I finally found the one that works!

They were out of stock of curly products gift box in the Christmas season. They have no option to get it gift wrapped or include a holiday message. Love Aveda products but they need to take customers more into account around the holiday season.

I have mostly had nothing but positive experiences with Aveda. Their shipping times are aways superb, and my products always arrive much quicker than the estimated delivery dates. There have, however, been times when I’ve purchased products and redeemed reward points for additional items, but when the products were shipped to me, I never got the additional items I had redeemed prior to checkout. The website could also definitely use a little updating since there are some issues with the online experience that could be worked out. For example, although the local salon I regularly visit is listed as carrying their products, it says that pickup is not available for the location I have entered when I am trying to select pickup as my preferred delivery option. I have a hair appointment soon and was wanting to pick my products up at the time of my service. While none of this has inhibited me from continuing to make purchases on their website, I do hope that someday these issues will be improved to make the customer experience easier and more worthwhile. Their products are always worth the buy, but the quality of the service could be better.

Ordine arrivato dopo 48 ore dal pagamento con prodotti come da descrizioni e i campioncini selezionati in fase d'ordine. Sono stata informata dell'avvenuto pagamento via email ricevuta dopo il pagamento e della partenza della spedizione. Queste email sono un po' scadenti con informazioni poco precise. Il bottone "Traccia la mia spedizione" rimandava all'Home Page e il codice di tracciatura della mail non dava nessun risultato e non c'erano informazioni sul corriere che invece erano disponibili nell'area dell'account. Insomma perdendoci un po' di tempo sono riuscita ad avere aggiornamenti sulla spedizione. Il sito non si naviga molto bene da cellulare e da desktop su Chrome saltano delle pagine, peccato poi che non si possa pagare con PayPal. Quindi 4 stelle invece che il massimo per questi due fattori: comunicazione via email e navigazione del sito. I prodotti comunque sono fantastici e il packaging è sostenibile tutto in carta riciclata.

I do not have an Aveda points membership and just order directly from the website. I find the website a bit frustrating to use as it jumps all over the place but, the products are excellent and arrive very fast for home delivery. A little on the expensive side but I usually order when they offer deals. So disappointed that the salons closed down in Canada as I was a loyal customer for 8 years and always found the hair cuts and color satisfying.

Received an email yesterday for 25% off ... did not appear in cart. 30 minutes later with on online chat rep I was told email was sent to me in error. As a new customer this seems like a real bait and switch. I do not plan on using Aveda products as a result of this extremely poor experience. UPDATE: Aveda reached out to me via email to rectify my dissatisfaction with my original attempts to utilize an emailed offer. I am updating my review to indicate that I am satisfied with the manner in which my issue was resolved.

Mi sorprendono tutte queste recensioni negative. Io ho acquistato dal sito italiano, usufruendo anche di uno sconto, ed è stato tutto perfetto.
