I had such incredible service from Mr. Tad that I refused to leave the parking lot of the store before writing a review. As I try and fix things myself, I went in looking for a Freon kit for my Nissan. I was greeted by another member who was kind enough to show me what I needed. Upon checkout, Mr. Tad explained how to add the Freon since it was my first time. He described what to look for, how to install properly and how to avoid overfilling. Upon checking out, he walked me out and showed me exactly where to attach the hose and walked me through the entire process again. He was kind, extremely knowledgeable and patient. I am thankful he is with you and that he is honest. Thanks again to Mr. Tad for taking such good care of me. He saved me a lot of time and frustration! Worst mistake I ever made ordering online. They steal your merchandise, deliver it to wrong house. When I got in touch with them I showed proof it wasn't my address that the stuff was delivered to. They said they would investigate it, and refund my money back. Maria Rodriguez also informed me they would be in touch with me and I've sent them 2 emails since and have yet to hear back from them. Poor, horrible lying customer service representing. I wound up having to get in touch with my bank to dispute the transaction because aitozone stole my money and didnt deliver my merchandise that I paid for. Absolutely horrible company

Went in looking for parts for a headlight harness. Employee told me they don’t cary the parts, and to get something else (a 130$ kit) because “all those shit cars are the same anyways”. Found the part myself, employee refused to check me out and spent 30 minutes talking to his friend in the back instead. Went next door to ace and got the part (4.99$) in 3 mins, fixed the headlight in 15.

this is the 3rd time in the last 3 orders that my parts are delayed and not delivering when promised at purchase. you know, some of us schedule work based on the quoted delivery time. when autozone doesn't deliver on time, i cant complete my work on time. an unreliable distributor only lasts until a more reliable distributor is found . . . and it's time to look elsewhere. . .your prices aren't that great to put up with late delivery.

Terrible experience. Had to go to my bank to open claim and get money back.

We had an amazing experience with very knowledgeable sales manager Mike and sales person Yesmen who both help us out giving us great knowledge on what to buy as well Mike save the day with looking out for us making sure every discount was applied to save us money. We need more people like him in the world who look out for others and are not greedy. They both deserve a raise! Highly recommend A++++ Alexandria branch of RT 1

Gabriella at the AutoZone in Crowley, Texas was amazing. She was able to put my bulb into my car where the other guy at O’Reillys couldn’t do it. I won’t shop anywhere but that but that girl needs a raise. She’s amazing.

After the AutoZone worker stole my $20, and after the manager and all of the employees lied to the Boston police about who the worker name was, and after the worker ask me to come outside and fight in front of the store, and the manager says not a word, and after contacting Amazon nine or 10 times they did nothing so this is how they really feel about our community…!!!
