Auto Zone in Camarillo Ca. is awesome 2nd time there first time to get wiper blades and they put them on the car. This time battery the clerk was so nice and we got the battery and turned in the old one with 22.00 off. I will go there for all my needs for our cars and I am a Women treated so kind! Thanks!

I stopped by AutoZone on 812 W Spring CR Plano, TX. on Sunday night few minutes before closing hour because my battery died. MR. James and Christopher greeted me and assisted me professionally and provide me excellent customer services .Since my car was a mile and half away they can not change my battery in a parking lot. However after work Cristopher went extra miles on the going home changed for me. With out their help that night I would not able to drop my kids to the school the following morning.

I went to Auto Zone in Bemidji for power steering fluid, and my car wouldn’t start. David and Jay were very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend going to Auto Zone bemidji MN for their great customer service. They went above and beyond to help me get my car started. I bought a new battery and they put it on for me. I kept telling them how much I appreciate their help. Thanks again David and Jay!! You guys are the best!!!

on september30th at about 530 pm we visited the location at store number6598, where me and my husband met David O. the employee that helped us, he really made our experience a great one, he was a true blessing, very professional and outgoing with a pleasant attitude, a real peoples person, this is what we need more of in this world. thank you

Let me preface by saying this initially was NOT going to be a 5 star review! I had purchased a Duralast Gold battery in October of 2024. This battery had a 3 year warranty; well I had to jump start my vehicle several times recently, and it finally left me stranded to where I had to have AAA come and replace it (I was not in a position to get to AutoZone for them to replace it). When I brought the old battery back to the Mission Gorge location where I originally purchased it, the counterperson tested it and confirmed it was indeed 'dead' (well, yeah). I also told him that he was welcome to do a charging and draw test on my vehicle to prove it wasn't something in my vehicle draining or not charging it. They did not want to perform a test and the counterperson, who then got his manager, who then "supposedly" called the district mgr, said there was nothing they can do in offering any sort of refund, and that they could only replace the battery (which was of no use to me at this time since I already had a new battery from AAA). I took my battery and left. Fast forward to the next day, I contacted their corporate office, was told I would have a regional mgr contact me within 48 hours. Well, approx. only 2 hours later, I received a call from Victor, their district mgr, and upon explaining the situation, without any hesitation, asked me which store I wanted to return it to, and when, in order to receive a FULL REFUND. Now, that's how a business is supposed to operate. It sucked getting the runaround from a store mgr, but I was truly appreciative of Victor's quick response and resolution. Will gladly continue to do business with AutoZone (I actually purchase several pairs of wipers when I returned the battery, lol!)
