I had an excellent experience at AutoZone Auto Parts, 519 Rhode Island Ave NE, Washington, DC 20002, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, thanks to Reggie. He was incredibly informative, professional, kind, and genuinely sweet throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what I needed without ever making me feel rushed. His patience, knowledge, and outstanding customer service made what could have been a stressful situation a very positive experience. Reggie is a true asset to the AutoZone team, and I’m so grateful for his help. Thank you again, Reggie!

What a joke.... ordered item online and they indicated item would be ready shortly for pickup at my local store. 5 hours later I called customer service and was informed that someone else must have bought my item as the store does not have it.... asked to speak with supervisor. They indicated they could only issue refund within 48 hours....WTF.... they took my money and never contacted me. I waited 5 hours for my item amd im the one who had to initiate contact. Consumers beware... make sure store has your item. Dont rely on online ordering and customer service was a joke! I will never buy anything from Autozone again!

Ordered an item priority with freight, was first told it would be next day. When I called because I had not received any tracking information I was told I ordered it to late so it would be tomorrow. ( ordered it at 10:00am). The next day I finally received tracking information and it stated estimated delivery tomorrow between 10am and 1pm. Second time this has happened with them. I will never order anything online from Autozone again.

Rudest staff ever. They started cussing out of nowhere because I didn’t know all my car details. Even threatened me and my father and I quote “I will beat the living shit out of you.” The manager didn’t even do anything about it. Never again with AutoZone

I’ve went to the picayune MS store many times over the years and have had good to great customer service. But over the last couple of times I’ve went there the woman Rajeev I think is here name has got to hate her job . Twice I’ve had to deal with her is bad first time I walked out because of her attitude. This morning 7/12 I was in a little bind needing a battery for my car so I had to deal with her I was the only customer in the store and she said she was to busy to install it . After a little back and forth she was going to do it this time but that she doesn’t have time for this . Never again if I see her in there will I buy anything again.

AutoZone online is rip off. Place an order got it wrong call customer service right away to cancel was told I couldn’t cancel. WTF. They didn’t have time to even process the order ? I had to take delivery and take to a store and get a refund less the shipping charge of $5. What a waste of time and energy. Just pick up from the store.

Autozone 06041 at 8167 Carmela Grove in Colorado Springs were so helpful to me. Getting me quickly helped and giving me all the right filters. In fact I came back and the Store Manager personally came to my rescue on helping me with my jeep cabin filter. Thank you Ken Auer and Dave.
