Went to king of Prussia location and waited 15 minutes and no one asked to help. At least two customers walked out due to just standing around and waiting.

Ordered an item priority with freight, was first told it would be next day. When I called because I had not received any tracking information I was told I ordered it to late so it would be tomorrow. ( ordered it at 10:00am). The next day I finally received tracking information and it stated estimated delivery tomorrow between 10am and 1pm. Second time this has happened with them. I will never order anything online from Autozone again.

this is the 3rd time in the last 3 orders that my parts are delayed and not delivering when promised at purchase. you know, some of us schedule work based on the quoted delivery time. when autozone doesn't deliver on time, i cant complete my work on time. an unreliable distributor only lasts until a more reliable distributor is found . . . and it's time to look elsewhere. . .your prices aren't that great to put up with late delivery.

3500 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall PA 18052 all day back and forth my part i don't know shyt so i sure thing to get a job at this store, or at least the am shift guy didnt know a thing i gave my vin number, after dinner on hold for 18 timed minutes. guy could not hear me, i told him back brakes 6 lug, im afraid to drive it, broke off 2 lugs on front, BUT LETS NOT GET CONFUSED,,,,, BACK BREAKS AND ROTORS. SO forthe next 2 minutes so what on front back buddy back ones first, then he hung up. good for oil or other car cleaners, thats all i got,

Auto Zone Nellis and Tropicana - Las Vegas, Nevada.......E*** B had a very negative and customer service attitude. All his solutions began with "NO", CAN'T, and "SORRY".....all while "jerking" and smiling! He better be glad he is not working commission....BECAUSE I WOULD ALSO SAY "NO", "CAN"T" and "SORRY"! Thanks

Everytime i go to Autozone in the last couple of years customer service is wanting. Parts are not as good. I went to Grants NM Autozone to get a 2 ton engine hoist. So the employees help to load it but when i got home 56 miles frome the store, there was only one of the two boxes. Once i went back to town and got the second box. Duralasr 2 ton engine hoist, parts are not bent to fit the design and heavy duty washers are missing. Quality is going down. Sad since i been dealing with them for decades.
