A few weeks ago I had a bad experience with the auto zone in pikeville tn. We had always bought life time warranty on everything we could for my car. And then to go in there and be told that I did not was very upsetting I went back in today and talk with Ashley Seibers wonder friendly lady she found what they said I did not buy which I knew we did. Thanks so much Ashley for all your help more employees should be as helpful as you were Truely you saved them a customer because I was planning on not returning there for my parts

BAIT AND SWITCH! ILLEGAL! Ordered an engine for a Nissan Pathfinder, had to come in store to order though online item only. Paid for new engine. Told it will be delivered Tuesday. Two weeks later called store, told item no longer available. BUT, we have a used engine with miles on it, a lousy warranty and MORE MONEY that we can order for you. Seriously? That's called BAIT AND SWITCH, and it's ILLEGAL. Yes, I want the engine I ordered, which is still showing as available on your website, and I want it now. You should be ashamed of yourselves as a company for promoting this type of ILLEGAL activity.

I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful sales representative at the Davie store #6381. The sales rep who assisted me was Felipe. His customer service was outstanding and he delivered it with a smile. I have never used AutoZone before, but because of the customer service I received from Felipe, I will visit this location again. He was the consummate professional who exceeded my expectations. Thank you Felipe!!

Fui a comprar un para de parabrisas, y la señorita que me atendió. (ALE, sucursal Belisario), fue ademas de atenta, muy servicial pues se ofreció a instalarlo y quedo perfecto. Gracias señorita Ale.

A Shout Out & a BIG thank you to Mr. Jesus Garcia, salesman from the Auto Zone from the San Bernardo Store in Laredo, Tx. He was courteous and knowledgeable about what could be wrong with my car. Mr. Garcia, provided swiftly service and he listened attentively and offered advice to my concern. Thank You!

Was in need of a new battery. The store manager was training a new employee while trying to help me with new battery. She was short handed for a few minutes until some more employees arrived. I forget how it was brought up but someone said she was awesome. She commented that it is nice to hear that at least once a day. She rang up my battery and said someone would be out soon to install the new battery and bring in the old one. She accompanied the new employee and explained the safety procedure for replacing batteries. She went back in the store and another employee came out to supervise and explain any questions. The battery was installed, they both thanked me and I was on my way. I called the store and the manager answered. I told her I just called to tell her she had helped me with a battery and she was awesome. She thanked me and said it made her day. So nice to have good customer service.

These people are terrible. I brought in my old battery that was purchased from them to get a new one. The receipt clearly says 5 year warranty. There is 8 1/2 months left on the warranty, but they claim the warranty is over.I bought the battery on 02/26/2018. According to anyone that knows simple addition would know that 60 months from that date would be 02/26/2023. They simply refused to prorate the 8 1/2 months on the warranty. Needless to say that they had a bad attitude. I will never buy anything from these people again, very poor customer skills & need to learn simple math skills. I will also be calling their corporate office to complain. I will also contact the B.B.B. & consumer Affairs.
