I went in to get a new battery for my mothers car that was parked at the hospital. I had no tools, and asked if we could barrow theirs so we can change the battery out, they said no because bums steal them....I felt like saying....Do I look like a bum to you! Anyways they told me to buy the tools and return them if I wanted. This was horrible customer service! There was a red head in the aisles that apologized for the 2 at the cash register (another worker). Told me if we needed something to just go to her, I'm assuming they have had this attitude before.

Went in to get a $39 battery, fully expecting it to be $59. Oh hail no, these greedy jackalopes wanted 180 bucks for a pint sized AGM for a sub compact rice burner. Corporate greed knows no bounds in tRump's murrica.

David in Rochester Minnesota was excellent help, he helped me with wipers and a seat cover. David told me I could use their restroom also, much needed! Thanks David your the Best!

Bought a carburetor and I didn’t know it had to be preset I think this is awful customer service This happened in Athens Alabama It better be the right one!!

The folks at the Norlina, NC store, are good people and do their best to help and at time's go above!. I have been coming to this store for years...The issues I have are with the corp. The store is usually hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The HVAC has major issues!!! The phone system sucks!. The computers have a issues as well, when checking out!. I have spoken to them and they have told me that corp is aware and does nothing to fix the issues. I feel bad for the employees, as they have to work under these conditions. The prices are high to begin with and it seems, there would be plenty of money to fix the issues and make sure, that the customers are comfortable and can easily check or make static free calls. They great employees, there deserve much better pay, than what the company gives them!!!.

I bought a set of spark plugs, 4 to each box. 4 of the plugs were Champion plugs in an AC Delco box. Of course my Mechanic had already put them in, had to remove them because he noticed the other 4 didn't have washers. It was a super hard job, because it was a van with very little room to work. Then, after taking the 4 back, they charged me for 4 more! As I was explaining to the Counter guy, another Customer said the same thing happened to him, plus, they then charged me for 4 new plugs! I will NEVER buy another part from this half passed parts store! If any of you do, be sure to check your parts before you leave the store, and look at any receipts they give you. They are a very dishonest and lazy bunch of crooks!
