I was helped by a man named "Big Bob" and he was the rudest person I have ever been severed by. He was condescending, obnoxious, and holier than thou. Here it is three days later, and I am still pissed off by the encounter! I will never go into that store again and maybe even any Auto Zone because if management was not able to see the ass, he was they probably missed more people like him. So, later Auto Zone. O'Rielly here I come.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS CAREFULLY after every car battery transaction. This company trains their workers to secretly add a $2 charge of Greases. when YOU notice the charge they are literally told to say (oh my goodness i am so sorry this was an accident). they will remove it, but if you do the math. there are 414 autozones in Florida alone. 1 store does at the most 15-20 battery transactions. at $2 a pop thats $30-$40. now multiply that by 414 stores. $12,420-$16,560 A DAY being stolen by unaware customers alone. the inventory is more often taken by the cashier or manager. yes they are in on it to, and used for personal use. THE COMPANY IS STEALING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS EVERYDAY.

AutoZone at Spencerport Road in Rochester have no clue of what their inventory is. You order something and they call you telling you someone must have exercised their 5 finger discount on the item you ordered. What a Joke! what reputable business says that??

Don't fall for their rebates. They make it purposefully impossible to retrieve an invoice with all the information that the rebate requires making all but sure that you will not be able to redeem. Go elsewhere. The company who manages the rebates will say they send an email saying what is required but its the same canned response everytime. ALSO, they do not actually send out the email stating what information is required (even though autozone's own online store does NOT provide all the information that their own rebate requires. ) Shady. On top of that, you are the one who has to email them to request what information is required and they take days if not weeks to respond.

Paid 40 bucks to have brake line kit shipped 2 days supposed to get texts for updates called the day was supposed to get never even left warehouse they are a joke

I went into AutoZone expecting to have to look for everything myself and if I did ask someone giving me misinformation I was very pleasantly surprised Lewis and David were wonderful they explained things they help me find what I needed they were great very unexpected to have people know what they're talking about when they tell you what to do. Keep up the good work.

I ordered an item online and was sent the wrong item. Because there is not an Autozone within 50 miles of where I live, returning the item by mail made the most sense. To my astonishment, I received an email stating that if I were to return the item via postal service I would only be refunded the purchase price; not shipping. Unbelievable.

I asked them to ¨put some air in my car¨ and they took the air pump and stuck it in my bum hole and turned it on full blast. Immediately, feces and the contents of my stomach began to explode out of my mouth and all over the counter like a rouge power washer.
