Hello, this is the 2nd time I've used this company. Everything went very smoothly! The customer service reps were professional and my driver was professional as well. They kept in constant communication on when it would be picked up and delivered to my destination.

The service was excellent. Car arrived earlier than expected. Definitely has the best price. The company contacted me early and allowed me time to prepare the car. My order number: 149000. The shipment was prompt and quicker than expected. Would definitely work with them again. (both company and direct express auto transport).

Driver came on time to pick up the car and delivered to the destination as scheduled. No dent or damage to my car. Very good service. Jessie is the primary contact person.

DEAT has been a great experience, ranging from professionalism to timeliness. I booked one day to get a notification that they had a driver scheduled to pick up our vehicle the next, and within 3 days after that, our car arrived at our front door. Will go back to them again if I ever needed a transporter.

They were within one day of my pickup time, and even accomodated me at my office parking lot in busy Los Angeles. They called me several times with an ETA and showed up promptly. I can't complain at all. I will definitely use them again.

After thoroughly searching the web for the least expensive company to transport my Jeep from freezing Minnesota to sunny California, I found Direct Express Auto Transport. I called them after getting their quote on-line and they gave me the same low quote over the phone. Jessica wasn't very friendly but was processional and to the point. I paid my deposit and although I was warned my car may not get assigned or picked up by a carrier (depending on how far-off the bitten path my car was) it was assigned to a carrier and picked up the next day bcz I was near a large city. I was notified when my car was picked up and their delivery date was on the same date as it was estimated to be delivered. Would definitely use these folks again.
