Fast friendly service. The driver stayed in contact with us and met all deadlines. I recommend you go directly to "direct express auto transport." Do not simply complete an online request for a transport. You will be inundated with calls, texts, and emails. It can get very confusing and frustrating. I initially did that and was not even contacted by direct express, however in my research I found them, they are the real deal. I could not verify many of the companies who contacted me and I was a guarded consumer. Some of the deals seemed too good to be true. The transporters were professional and knowlegable. For the cost they charge they did an extraordinary service, in terms of quality, care, timiliness and communication. I would definitely recommend them.

I learned about Direct Express Auto Transport from my nephew who lives in Ohio. He did the research and found that your company offered the best rates for transporting my mother's car from Oho to Florida. When I contact the company, I spoke with Ashley, who handled my questions and concerns professionally, as well as providing the quote. I indicated at that time that I would like the car to be picked up in Oho on Saturday, March 14th and be delivered on Wednesday, March 25th. I was informed that I would be notified promptly with a pick up and delivery date as soon as a driver has been secured. Within the same day, an email was sent to me that a driver was assigned to pick up the car on my initial requested date of Saturday, March 14th, and the expected delivery date would be Wednesday, March 25. The pick was done that Saturday without any problems. Monday, 23, I received a call from Danny, the driver, from Young's Transport, to inform me that the car would be delivered on Tuesday, March 24. He stated that he would not be able to deliver the car to my home due to vehicle restrictions; however, he did say when he was in my area, he would look for the closest place to my home to meet me for delivery of mother's car. This he did. The location was only 5 minutes from my home. He was very polite and accommodating in this respect; because I had informed him that no one at Direct Auto explained the probability that my mother's car may not be able to be delivered directly to my home. The car arrived in good conditions; however, due to the 4 days on the road in the open transportation vehicle, it was somewhat dirty on the outside. My nephew had the car cleaned both inside and outside before it was picked up in Ohio. I was very satisfied with the services I received by Ashley in customer service as well as Danny, the driver. My only complaint I have is that Direct Express needs to have their customer service representatives explain to potential customers the probability that the vehicle may not be eligible for door-to-door delivery -- that other accommodations may need to be made on both ends of the transactions. Customers should not be expected to know this important detail; this should be explained on the initial contact by the customer service rep. Instead I learned this from Danny, the driver; and he was good enough to help me with his GPS to locate a place close to my home to meet me for delivery. I needed to ship my car from PA to WA, and as inexpensively as possible. Most places I checked were coming in all around the same price, but Auto Transport Direct came in almost $500 lower. Jessie answered all my questions very quickly, and gave me my order (#149425) in case I had any additional questions. My truck arrived on the first day of my date range, and the Kevin the driver also answered any additional concerns I had. On the off-chance I ever have to ship a car back to PA (or anywhere else) I'll definitely be using Auto Transport Direct.

The driver delivered my vehicle and he called before and after he pick/drop my car. And the online service was helpful as well sending me emails to confirm
