I had placed the request to get my car shipped from Roanoke to California. They took the car on the given date and delivered it to me within the time specified. I got my car without any issues. Driver who loaded the car took extra care to make sure that everything was proper. Will definitely take there service again in future.

Direct Express provides a great service to transport automobiles. I recently used their service to transport my car from Illinois to California. The pick-up and delivery dates was as promised and was done in a timely manner. My car was in the same condition at delivery as it was when picked up. My Direct Express customer service agent, Ashley, was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely use Direct Express again in the future and have no reservation in recommending to my friends.

Direct Express has been a great help to our out of state business. Kelly did not disappoint helping set up our latest delivery. In addition, the customer made sure to get back to us with compliments about the driver and his professionalism.

My experience with DIRECT EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT was easy, convenient, and competitively priced. I called the toll free number to set up the transport, and the whole process was completed in under 2 weeks (From initial call to drop off at destination). Kelly was very nice and helpful, and the process really couldn't have been any smoother. After doing some research and shopping around various transport companies, it became clear that direct express was a good deal. Payment process was simple: $169 to direct express, and $500 to the driver upon delivery. Driver (Anthony's Auto Transport) was polite and on time. The representative with Anthony's indicated that the truck would be arriving at 3pm Saturday, and it arrived almost exactly at that time. It's always nice when people are truthful about timing, something that has unfortunately become somewhat uncommon in this day and age. I would most definitely refer anyone that needs to ship a vehicle to call direct express. Direct express is priced right, and their drivers arrive on time with your vehicle in good condition.

Once a carrier was assigned I was emailed their contact information. My car was picked up the very next day after placing my order. It was delivered right to my front door by the auto carrier. Happy with the price and service.

I liked the online quote system. The staff responded quickly to my inquiry and had my car scheduled for pickup on the date I requested. The fees were fair and reasonable in my opinion. Pickup and delivery were on time. The driver was courteous and professional as was Jessica in customer service. They both called or sent email with progress. I would recommend them and use them again.

Got an online quote and decided to contract with them on 3/12/15 to ship a Mercredes SL from MA to FL. Order # was 150065. ON 3/19/15 i emailed them asking the status of my order. Received no response so called them on 3/20/15. Got right through but was told status was still pending. The owner of car wanted it out of his garage so I called again on Monday, 3/23/15 and was told status was still pending. I told them it has been over a week and they responded with "still pending". Getting worried I called DIYtransport and explained what was happening. A wonderful rep, Lindsay, advised me that they could ship it no problem and gave me a quote lower than Direct. She said she saw that my car was still on the board and again assured me that they could ship it soon. So I cancelled my contract with Direct and contracted with DIY #5866823. I received a call the next day from DIY and to my complete amazement, they had a driver that could pick it up that day. WOW! So you decide who you want to use, the company that could not find a transport after a week, or the company that got it picked up the next day for cheaper!

Bought a truck over eight hours away and had it delivered by Direct Express, saved me time and money by not having to pay an employee to go with me and get a hotel room and drive two vehicles back home.
