This is my third time using Direct Express Auto Transport to transport my wife and friend's cars. Their rates are very reasonable and the best part you get your quote right away. No hassled questions or calls from the sale person. Direct Express Auto Transport will assign a driver in the next 48 hours after you booked it. The pick up date and time were all on time and the delivery time was faster than I anticipated. My wife's car got picked up on Saturday morning from Bradenton, FL and arrived to Southern California on Wednesday morning. Despite it was an open transportation, the car arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Direct Express Auto Transport because the rate, customer services, and pick up/deliver date and time are the best of the best. I just couldn't ask for any better customer service and satisfaction.

This was my first experience having to use a transportation company to ship a vehicle I bought from another state so I was very skeptical and concerned. Not only that but I was not sure how the whole process would work. I called a number of transportation companies and received even more online quotes to transport my vehicle but only one, Direct Express Auto Transport gave me a reasonable quote. Actually after further review and talking with other people who have used car hauling companies, I learned my price for their transporting of my vehicle from Texas to Virginia was unbelievably low. I not only received a fantastic price to ship my car but I also had absolutely no issues. They kept me a loop from the very 1st contact all the way to the end when my car was delivered and again after that thanking me for using their company to ship my vehicle. They were helpful, polite and answered every concern I had and not once was I mislead. There was no hidden fees later and my vehicle was delivered exactly at the beginning of the time frame they told me from the beginning. I have their number saved in my phone for future transportation needs because I will use them and only them again when I need their services. Great company. The process is fast and simple. I especially love the online "instant" quote. I've used this company several times, and each experience was awesome. This is the only transportation company that I would recommend. I only wish that they would have discounts for return customers like myself.

Very good service from the office. My car arrived 5 days early and they were very understanding about me being out of town. However, the contracted driver was a little suspect. Didn't have change and tried to pressure me for a tip.
