Direct Express Auto TransportReviews of autotransportdirect.com

Car was picked up on time and delivered 1 day earlier. Would recommend and use them again!

This company treated me well and helped me through a stressful week. They assured me that things would be taken care of on time and they pulled through. Also, this company was one of the least expensive that I have found.

Kudos to Direct Express Auto Transport for helping me out in a last minute request. They were very professional in handling the delivery and reached out to me immediately when I had questions. My car was delivered in three days from east coast to west coast on time without any issues. I would use them again if I need their assistance.

The carrier chosen was first class. The pick up was done a day earlier than expected and the delivery was done two days ahead of schedule. This was important because I chose the expedited service choice. Final bonus: The carrier was using an enclosed truck. At the price paid, most other shipping sites would have used open transportation. I am extremely happy with the service. Will use again.

This company was very easy to work with. They were prombt and had great customer service. I will definately use the same company to ship another car again. I love the no strings attatch easy going calculator up front cost rate to ship cars l. The shipping company handled my car properly and promptly. I shipped it in an open container

The transaction was very smooth. Both pickup and delivery were on time. Will definitely use Direct Express again for auto transportation and recommend to friends. Keep up the great work!

what a great experience! Transported a customers 2015 Corvette C7 Z06 from NJ to FL. They picked up the car the next day, would have been even sooner but i put down an incorrect cell phone number with my original booking appointment but they still came the next day by noon and we had the car at our shop in Orlando 2 days later. Courteous drivers, car was enclosed, no issues, no delays, no excuses, exactly how it should be! highly recommended and we will be using them again when we transport this car to the customer in a few weeks, thank you again!!

This is the second time I've used Direct Express Auto Transport to ship a car across the country. Both times I had a great experience. Customer service is terrific and the drivers have been on time, responsive, and a pleasure to meet. I was thrilled with how quickly the car arrived (7 days from coast to coast) and the driver let me know exactly what time he would be deliver the car the day before he arrived. Overall a great experience with both the customer service reps and the drivers.
