Direct Express Auto TransportReviews of autotransportdirect.com

I just wanted to let you know how AWESOME of service I received from you!! I had an Audi S7 shipped from CT to ND which is not a very traveled route. I had a pickup within 2 days even though it was memorial day. Driver called picked up on a wednesday and I had Saturday morning. 1700 miles. enclosed trailer which I didn't request but was a nice surprise. Thanks again for the great service!! You really are a 5 star company. All the other companies lied to me just to get me to go with them. Should have read the reviews and went with you right away. Thanks again. Rick Smith

Simple, easy and convent way to ship my car. Was much quicker than anticipated

Direct Express did a great job! Communication with Ashley and the driver helped with pickup and delivery of my car. Their prices were also much better than the competition!

5 Star experience and the price beats everyone else out of the ballpark. Customer service was easy and friendly, transport company was very friendly to interact with, and a smooth delivery. Again, hard to turn away from the given quote. Will happily use them again if ever needed!!

TERRIBLE, Don't know how they got a five star rating. They are very disappointing. Booked a month early. On 4/7/2017 we called and checked to make sure everything was on schedule and was assured we would get an email before the 4/24/2017 estimated date. We never got email or call, so we called on 4/26/2017 and were told we would be contacted in a few days. On May 3 called and said an additional $150 might entice a driver to take the car. In our opinion they are a scam. They low ball the price, keep a friendly voice on the phone and then go in for the kill!! RIP OFF!!!!! WE CANCELLED OUR ORDER. And found an honest company the next day. East Coast transport. The car will be on the transport in 2 days.

Fantastic. They gave me a fair price to ship my car from Florida to Massachusetts. I originally asked them for a pickup date about two weeks out, but when my plans changed so that the car was ready earlier, I called them and they adjusted with no problems. They found a carrier within a few hours, the car was picked up the next day and arrived a few days later at its destination. The driver was great about keeping me informed of when he'd be arriving and called once to tell me he was running a few hours late due to traffic. No issues when the car arrived. I'd definitely recommend this service.

Booked on line and was assigned a driver one day later to pick up my new car at the dealer the very day I had requested. Driver was very professional and courteous and was even to get the car to me earlier than I expected on a Sunday afternoon. Would definitely recommend to use this service!

Purchased a truck from the west coast to be delivered to the east coast. Went online to get a estimate and found dierct express had the best rating and price . Vehicle was delivered on time with no issues. Everyone involved was very professional. I would definitely recommend an d use them again. Very pleased.
